Nutshell:
Professor G.H. Dorr (Tom Hanks) rents a room in order to have easier access to the vault of a nearby riverboat gambling establishment. Oh yeah that reminds me, a gambling establishment in which he and his friends plan on robbing.

Great cast and some truly fine acting, there were some very humorous parts, but for some reason I really didn’t like the film overall. Perhaps part of the reason may have been the acting. It was almost as if it didn’t belong in this film. I mean imagine if you would, seeing “Freddy vs. Jason” with ‘Sean Penn’ and ‘Adrien Brody’ in the title roles. Hmmm, perhaps that would have made it more interesting. But not better, and away from the point I was trying to make, simply a waste of talented acting. And here we have the same problem; plus the film got to be just silly more than funny anymore, and which I don’t think it ever recovered.

Sorry, wish I had more, but kind of running out of bad things to say about bad movies.
