Wow! Talk about brain candy. I have been a fan of the 'Terminator' since I first saw him way back in 1984, and I must have seen that one at least (so steal a line from my sister Laurie) Elevenity-Billion times since then.
I truly didn't think that this film would have much to offer in the way of a storyline, but I was wrong. The plot was far more believable than the first, and actually made sense in some places. I mean come on…I'm sending this dude back in time…who is by the way younger than me…to of course protect my mother in the past…and who by the way isn't pregnant with me yet…oh and that's right you're gonna be my dad too. Understand? This is why I applaud the writers of T3. This one sort of makes sense. One part and I truly enjoyed, with regard to this subject and I'm not much for spoiler, but this shouldn't hurt too much; I liked the fact that Nick Stahl and Claire Danes characters meet under a completely random chain of events that had nothing to do with the coming of the 'Terminator' nor the 'Terminatrix' respectively. Bravo.
Overall, this move was enjoyable to watch. Some of the lines are getting tired though, and other theories don't really fit the stories original continuity. But such is life, and it was still a great film, and lastly I was extremely happy not to see Edward Furlong involved in the production. Sorry, Ed…not a big fan…I still want my money back for "Peckerhead".
